Management & Occupancy Review (MOR) Services

Let IHC take the stress out of Management & Occupancy Reviews (MORs) through our following services:

Full Assessment and Preparation for MORs- Leveraging the Form HUD-9834, we will assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the owner’s operations.
Tenant File Compliance Evaluations- To ensure your property stays in compliance, we recommend regular assessments. An initial 100% tenant file review is recommended to bring the files up to compliance, after which IHC can review your files quarterly, semi-annually or upon request.
Assessment of Mandatory Use of Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) Data- We will assess your EIV Polices and Procedures to ensure the system is used in its entirety as required by HUD and the property’s EIV Policy.
Preparation and Submission of MOR Response to Contract Administrator or HUD- We will work with your management team to ensure all identified deficiencies are properly corrected, and will provide a complete and timely response to the HUD Contract Administrator. The goal is to include all the proper corrective action and support documentation in the initial response to ensure prompt closure of the MOR in HUD’s iREMS system.
